Exporting to Excel - Table (keep formatting in place)

I understand the issue and what is required  from us.

Basically excel has Sheets, Named Ranges and Tables.

What you are trying to do is to add data to a Table which is not supported yet.

Also data reader only works correctly with sheets but not ranges or tables.

It is technically possible to implement what is required but it will take some time 

The good thing that it will also benefit existing users. 

 

Just letting you know that we have made some progress and still working on adding support for tables.

This one would be a fun release , many things supported by excel on it's api

1. one sheet can have multiple table as well (side by side), imagine the template . 
2. tables have option to "clear" / append , so you can either add to table range or restart from fresh 
 

FYI. Support for reading data from excel tables and updating them was introduced in the latest release

A lot of our users use our software to automate working with excel so it is extremely important that it works correctly.

I am able to select the tables , see the list in dropdown .

Can we write to the tables yet? IF yes , which options do I select ?
