Package - Variable Read from CSV+Email

Hi,
I am 'trying' to do a simple mail merge via Packages - Variable , I tried loading a simple CSV file when I see logs , the file cannot be read, how do I load the variables ?
it cannot be passed to EMAIL as well. 

This is CSV file
email    Name
abc@xyz.com    Rani
poppy@papa.com    Manali
rani@baba.com    Ayushi

It was not designer for the file like yours

Here is a correct file example

<FirstName>, John
<LastName>, Peterson
<Email>, john@mail.com

I saved your example as a file and tried to display the results, it didn't show anything from csv file 
Logs consistently show the same error , source file structure is differnet

I tried a csv file containing only below (no headings)
<FirstName>, John
<LastName>, Peterson
<Email>, john@mail.com

I tried encoding items with single quotes , same issue 


I tried encoding items with double quotes, same issue

We have reproduced the problem,
the previous version worked absolutely fine

It reads the file , but reads 0 lines only, output is still same . 

Content of CSV file 
<FirstName>, John
<LastName>, Peterson
<Email>, john@mail.com
