task running twice

Hello everyone, 

I've faced such issue. I have scheduled task which should run one time every day at 06:30 o'clock. Some days i see in execution log that the task running twice. Is it bug? Why we see this?

     
 

Can you post another screenshot so we can see the entire screen of the execution log (EG all fields)

When execution starts our software creates a record with a package name and status is set to running 
(First record bottom grid)
Once execution is completed the record is updated with a new status failed/succeeded

Sometimes the software cannot locate the record so a new record is created.
 
It is been a while since I have seen this kind of problem.

Another possibility is repository database maintenance ( when it is no longer available) 
Or a very heavy server load.
In this case, our software will try to reconnect to the repository and continue the execution

Can you tell me your repository type and version number, please

Also in the folder where the software is installed, you might have some additional log files
