O365 Message Monitor

AETLE v6.3.11.19 (Windows Server OS 2012)

I was wondering if anyone has tried the O365 Message Monitor. I have done so and noticed our implementation has not triggered to pick up a new message. I have checked the services (stopped and started) and also checked that the Monitor config is enabled and that it can connect to the inbox folder being monitored. In this case the monitored folder is a subfolder of the Inbox and not the Inbox itself.

Our issue is that we cannot do proper testing because we do not have an email account right now.
When we initially created the monitor we used one of our customer's accounts.
Another customer of us has promised to help us but it is taking a very long time.

Thanks Mike. Totally understand. The problem is that O365 mailboxes can cost a license fee. I am not sure if I can help this side but since I raised the query I will see what I can do.

I have the same "problem".
I'm using the scheduler now but I'm sure they will solve the problem.

We will check our site to see what we can do about it.
If nothing works we will create a "special build" with more detailed logging enabled

I had a look a the source code and here are my findings.

The event is fired when the total number of messages in the folder is more than previously recorded

EG It does not fire for every message but only when the total number of messages goes up.

This allows for avoiding overloading the server
