File In Use

Hi I was wondering about the "File Check" "Check if File In Use" package action item. 

I have a .CSV file on a network share and purposely opened it in excel and left it open on a workstation and in all cases, it would not detect that file is in use. I tried both the SUCCESS and FAIL workflows. The file was always available.

Was wondering if you could clarify if the file is in use is that a SUCCESS or FAIL workflow and if you had any thoughts on why the file is not being detected as being in use despite which workflow we use?

The issue you reported was corrected in the latest release

Also not sure if you are aware we have implemented Office365 connection cache.
That should improve the performance of email processing, especially within the loops.
