Hello Mike. I'm facing the same issues again, but don't recall the steps you took to fix the issues last time. Can you share the steps with Bullet points? I have already tried to Restore and to use the Repository Synchronization wizard.

I have just changed the TNS name from the LIVE to the TEST connection, and it works fine. SO it seems that for some reason, it doesn't like the connection to the LIVE DB. PLSQL Developer does not have the same issue, and connects with the same user names and passwords

Have you created repository tables for live connection?
Do those tables exist in PLSQL Developer

I tried importing backups into VI. Wouldn't this create the tables?
