Export Failed when backing up in VI Professional 9.2.7.14

No it does not create tables

I created the tables using the Repository Creation Wizard. You can see these in the screenshot taken from PLSQL Developer

Has OBJECTS_TREE table got READ_ONLY field?

Doesn't seem to, no. Attaching the extract of the table.

So how can it be?
We connected remotely and created a repository for you
That repository has READ_ONLY field in OBJECTS_TREE table

But when you run the repository wizard yourself READ_ONLY field is missing

Are you running two different versions of our software on your PC and the server?

There is only a single installation of the VI software on the server. The only changes made are to the TNSnames
