We're experiencing an issue with Visual Importer 9.2.0.4 and the attached error:

Version number: 9.2.0.4 64-bit
Operation system version: Windows 7 (64-bit) and Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
Database version: SQL Server 2008 R2

Error occurred after upgrading to version 9. When I attempt to execute an Import, regardless of what import, I always receive the access violation error for every record.

Hello

Most likely your 64 bit odbc drivers too old.
Please read the following article

Installing the latest 64 bit odbc driver made no difference. I will be reverting back to version 8.4.4.5

Can you tell us which driver did you install?
Eg is it 2008, 11 ETC?

Let's be honest every software has bugs even ours.
Every two weeks we get an email saying that your software no longer works but the previous version was working fine.
Our software uses a highest installed driver for SQL server.
For example, if you have drivers for SQL server 2005 and 2008 installed it will use 2008 driver.
When Microsoft releases new driver we test it and modify our software so it uses the highest installed driver again. For example, if the highest driver is 2014 it will use it.
However the drivers do have bugs here is an example:
support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/3116718...driver11-in-sql-serv
So you have to patch them.
Unfortunately, you did not post a screenshot of your 64bit ODBC drivers list.
Like the first picture here
www.etl-tools.com/wiki/knowledgebase/get..._server_odbc_drivers
We also we do not know which driver version you had before and which one you installed.
We have to reproduce the problem somehow do not we?
