The issue with mapped drives inside Windows services has always been a problem.

It is one of thoose "It is a feature, not a bug".

In your case, I think the difference is that C: is the boot drive so it is always available.

I did some digging and found a possible solution to the problem.

We have also updated the documentation and added a hint to the timeout input box
