Could not initialize oci.dll was created by Abousetta

Dear Support Eng.
I am a recent user of Database Browser but when trying to connect to my Oracle database I receive an error message saying "could not initialize oci.dll".
and how can I find out wither I am running 32bit Oracle client or 64bit?
Your support is highly appreciated.

It is a 32-bit application, therefore, it is using 32-bit oracle client.

Are you 100% sure that SQL plus is 32 bit and no 64 bit?
How do you know that you have 32-bit client installed?

Have tried creating odbc dsn a connect this way instead?

Thank you very much for your quick response. I have checked the ORACLE_HOME and I found only one LIB folder which indicates that my Oracle client is 32, not 64bit. Can you please help me creating ODBC DSN.

Here are two screenshots
Next to database browser you can see (32bit) that means that it is a 32-bit application.
SQL plus has not got it because it is 64 bit application.
