Continuously checking ftp server for new files

I want to check the SFTP server for new files and if there is one download it.
Can any of your software help me?

Yo can use ftp monitor for that,
www.etl-tools.com/wiki/aetle/unattended_execution/ftp_monitor
It will trigger package execution when new ftp file arrives.
You can then use package to perform various actions for example load the into the database
