Advanced ETL Processor Execution Log is not visible/empty

Hi,
I was given a new Windows domain account recently (dmartin vs donaldm). When I remote desktop to the server hosting the Advanced ETL Processor Agent and open Advanced ETL Processor, I don't see anything in the execution log even though the agent has been running jobs for some time. Why is that? What can I do to view the logs? The running jobs show up in the Schedule.
The agent runs under the local administrator account.
Thanks
Don Martin

When you say "I don't see anything in the execution log even though the agent has been running jobs for some time."
Does it mean that the tables are empty or you are unable to see the log files?

Most likely you are using roaming profiles
The settings and repository connections are stored in %PROGRAMDATA%\ETL-tools.com\repository folder
In this case, the physical location of %PROGRAMDATA% is different for every user
Please check the connection details for both users and make sure that they are the same
Also, check the log folder
See the pictures attached

I see that the settings you showed are the same between the old domain and the new domain accounts. I'll need to get our system administrators involved as I don't fully know how roaming profiles work.
Thanks
