Database connectivity

I am new and I also sent support an email. But I read this is where you respond faster so I will post my issue here.

We have installed 64 bit version of the Advanced ETL Processor Enterprise. We have installed Postgres database as well as MS Access. Both are not able connect using your tool yet we can connect using Qlikview directly. Right now we are also installing MySQL to see if there is any luck.

Do not you think it is reasonable to provide us with a screenshot/error message/explanation of what you are trying to achieve?

Sorry about that Mike. Oversight.
I have provided 3 screenshots.
Two from your tool not able to connect to Postgres db or Access
The other is connecting to the same Postgres db using Qlikview successfully

For issues with ms access.

When you install our software there is an option to install ms access engine.
How you done that?

Also do you have ms office installed? If so is it 32bit or 64Bit?

We do have number of wiki articles dedicated to working with repository.
We usually recommend sql server express as the easiest to configure

Access DB is not the db we will use. We only tried once postgres did not work. We will try with Sql Server Express.
However, this does not explain why your tool cannot to our postgres db when other tools can. I don't want to be sifting through your wiki articles when I know it's not an db issue. Let's see what happens.
