Access Violation Error

Hope you are well,
I am trying to create a mapping where i use excel files for reader. So when i try to import one of the excel file i am facing access violation error like below.



Can you please tell me why this was happeniing? and what would be the resolution?

Hi Mike,

We have updated the application to the latest version but seems not working. still getting access violation error like shown below.

Any resolutions?

And after updating the application we are facing a new kind of error while we refresh the writer component.
