I want to copy the value in a column to all the other rows. How can I do that ?

Example : As you see in the attached screen shot, I want to copy the currency to all other empty values in the same column

But keep value will only copy the value to rows next to it. But , it doesn't copy the rows before to it.

Just sort the data than your value will become first and keep the value will copy the data to all rows
