Data Buffer - Stream read error

Hi,
I'm trying to run a project where I want to check all records by a rule and in a second step to pick only that records where this rule match.

But when I run it this error appear to me:

The data buffer object might not be able to write into the folder because of access rights.
Double click on it and change the path.
If it does not help provide us with the source file example
