command aetlcl.exe 5044 stop working after update to insert our license key...

So in order to register the product, the license key they send us requieres to update the ETL tool before so we did it.

But know that I try to execute my script, I get an error on the CMD windows.

If I run that same integration/transformation from the User interfaz it works as expected. So I'm not sure why but when I execute the command I don't see anything about the error and the logs are empty. So can I set some debug option to the .exe or set a custom log?

C:\: aetlcl.exe 5044

On the attachment, you can see that the user interface log did run without errors but the cmd one fails with no error description.

Also, I did try with administrator cmd and without it with the same behavior. Finally I did run other transformation I have there but still...

Finally, since We did purchase the license for this tool should I continue to post here or create a ticket some where to get help?

Hello

Hi admin,

Thanks for reply, but that tab/log is empty too.

Does that tab fill when I run the command form cmd windows? I did manually run the transformation form the user interface but that tab still empty

Hello

Hi admin,

That way I saw the issue, for some reason the user interface can read the file from the disk but from CMD it can't so i did adjust the "directory connection" to load the file in both ways...

Thanks so much for your help.
