14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3

I have been using the HTTP download object that I have been using every day for months now. Then all of a sudden, I get an error messages:

"14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3"

So, it would seem that the host change or added SSL. I can get where I want to go through Chrome.




Thoughts?

Working with my vendor. It is a cloudflair error. They are going to try to add my IP address to to see if that works.

They added my IP address. Now I get this response: IOHandler value is not valid
