Hey support team,
There is an issue with handling "one action at the time" setting. ETL runs more than one action although the option is checked. Please see the attached.

This option does not apply to currently being executed package/action.
I tested both 32 bit and 64 bit version and both worked as expected.
I create a package which takes five minutes to execute using pause action.
Than scheduled it for execution every one minute.
As you can see it is executed every five minutes.

But here that's not the case and it's happening all the time. See the new screenshot. Maybe you should try 64bit version or produce same case with 2 different packages with no pause component.

Basically the issue here that it is working as expected but the log is showing confusing to the user information.
More than one aetlcl.exe means that packages are running in parallel
