Backup error

hi,
I have an installation so configured :
- Windows 7 updated to date
- Adavanced ETL Processor Enterprise 32 bit 5.9.4.3
- PostgreSQL 9.3 and driver 9.06.03.10
ETL runs fine but when I click Maintain - > Backup I get an error (see the attachment).
A file .dat of 100 KB is generated.
The last backup in march 2017 with previus release of ETL

Please help
