ETL Tools x64 5.9.3.20 install freezes on Creating Directory

Gents, there is something wrong with the installation of 5.9.3.20 x64. it prompts me twice for the install directory, it seems to be using a 32 bit uninstalled and freezes on "Creating New Directories"

Please check and see.

We do not really understand what do you mean by "32 bit uninstalled"?

the "uninstaller" *typo (uninstalled), that shows up in task manager on the computer shows a 32 bit process, see below. Only reason i mentioned it , is that i am installing the x64 bit version that freezes.

We had a customer who was complaining non stop about slow installation.
The link was already provided to you in the previous post.
Have you had a chance to have a look at it yet?

Spelling can be easily corrected the most important thing to figure out why it is hanging.

Just a little bit of backround.

We spent a lot of time making setup better.
You probably remember service was already istalled message.
That was corrected.
Now when you update the software it will check if agent / management service exist and silently skip it.
Also when you install it first time it does install service's automatically.
Like MSI it elevates priveligies during installation so it is possible to work with services.
Eg it terminates installation and starts it again as administrator but it is transparent to the user.
It might not work in some of the cases but it did work well on all our office computers
