Creating Report/ADO Database Problem

Creating Report/ADO Database Problem was created by Nekavand
Hello everybody,
I have an issue with creating reports in ETL. If I try to define ADO connection to Database, it will not work properly. It seems the setting cannot be saved!
Can you please take a look at attached file and let me know what the solution is.
