Advanced ETL Processor Enterprise was created by sanjayrupasinghe
We have installed a new instance of AETL Enterprise 5.9.3.19 into No-Internet environment, but are unable to install our new license key. The Register menu item, in the help menu just freezes, and does not show the license key entry window.

Right click on the icon and select run as administrator

Gents, the run as Administrator suggestion did not work. any other ideas on how to get the register dialog up so we can key the software?

Gents, I've just reproduced this issue on a 2nd server and now its going to be a problem for us.
I just updated v5.9.3.15 to v5.9.3.19 (32 bit),
i know for sure, that the register dialog shows up when clicked in v5.9.3.15 as well as it was registered to "Xerox ... Site License N"
now that i have installed v5.9.3.19, the register dialog no longer works as well as the software says "registered to dfung" ( which is my current logged in windows user name"
Please look into this issue. its related to the one Sanjay reported, where in his case, it says registered to "svc_etl"

download link to 32 bit does not work, eval link still v20. , see info@etl-tools for additional issue with my keys.
