ETL version number not updated in 5.9.3.9 download ( still says 5.9.3.8 ) was created by daniel.fung@xerox.com

I downloaded and installed 5.9.3.9 and tested the FTP Reader source successfully.
However when i checked the version number is still says installed 5.9.3.8 and newest 5.9.3.9
