ETL 5.9.2.14 Agent not picking up was created by hanisultan

Hello,
Just upgraded from 5r.9.2.12 to 5.9.2.12 and the agent seems to not respond. The package will appear in green but never changes to blue and then black or red. I have reverted back to 5.9.2.12 and it seems to work fine now. Please advise
