Date Reformat AM/PM

I always struggle with these. This looks like 11:00 AM in my SQL db when it't really 11:00 PM. How do I fix?

I think you are using incorrect format for time because you have zeros (04)

M/D/YYYY HH:NN:SS TT is more appropriate

I changed the formatting as you suggested. The results seem to be the same.
