ETL Processor Pro - Failed to connect to repository -New Install was created by Frank

Trying to install ETL processor on a 64Bit windows machine running Windows server 2008 R2. After install, a message is displayed saying "Failed to connect to repository"

Please read requirements towards the end
www.etl-tools.com/wiki/aetle:requirements

Most likely your repository type is MS Access and it has to be configured first
