ETL Agent hanging within 24hrs

Hi,
We discovered that the ETL agent (32bit ver. 5.9.1.11) was hanging every night, no heart beat but it shows in the windows service as "started".
And manual restart of the ETL agent from the windows services is not working. We had to kill the aetleagent process from the task manager and then restart the agent from the windows service. This became cumbersome since our etl packages supposed to run 24/7 and our support team have to login every night just to force kill the etl agent process when it hangs. The etl agent usually hangs within 24 hrs period. If you prefer to send us a debug exe file for you to figure this is out, please do so.
