Agent executes all packages at once

Hello,

I posted this as a suggestion but now it has created problems for me that take a lot of time to recover from. As you know, my execution agent fails every night. Usually to recover from this I restart the agent and it tries to catch up and submits all packages that should have been executed since the freeze. There is about 10 seconds between the time they are submitted and then time they start executing. In this time I am able to delete all of the ones that need to be run in chronological order, so it is not a problem. Today, since I am using the newest agent, it does not behave like the old one and started executing all of the packages at once and there was nothing I could do about it.

Some packages are very time sensitive and depend on other packages to be completed in order to work properly.

I need a quick way to either advance all packages to the next time they execute so they do not run concurrently or a way to choose which packages to run after a freeze.

Before restarting the agent.
Tick do not execute any packages.
Disable schedule for the packages you don not want to execute.
Start the agent.
UnTick do not execute any packages.
Enable package execution one by one
