64 Bit problems

I am having all kinds of problems with the latest release, I cant even run packages manually. I try to run a simple http download and I get this error:




After this message comes up I get another message that says the package is still executing. I have to force shut it down in order for it to close!

When I attempt to uninstall and reinstall an older version, the application crashes when I install the agent and management console. Next week Ill have to force uninstall and manually delete every file and then try to install an older version.

You can say that it is a problem with our software but I have seen a lot of cases when users just not allowed to create any files in the root of C: drive.

Have you tried different location?
Have you tried running it as administrator?
We do recommend using 64 bit version when you need a lot memory for sorting or processing large QVD files.
Performance is usually the same as 32 bit version

Perhaps you should try 32 bit version instead of 64

For the manual running problem, your log fix worked! As for the other issues, we were able to downgrade to an earlier 32 bit version so everything is working okay for now. I will update you guys later this week as I test the new 32 bit version on a different computer.
