"Wrong Repository Version" error

"Wrong Repository Version" error was created by Alberto
Hello,
I am familiarizing with the tool, but can't connect to the repository.
We are on Sybase SqlAnywhere 12 so I went through the steps to create an OLEDB connection to the repository. When I try to connect, I receive a "Wrong Repository Version" error and cannot access the objects library.
Also, During the ODBC connection creation, Testing the connection returns a "Connected!" status.
What am I doing wrong?

The use Sybase SqlAnywhere as repository database is not supported
Please watch this tutorial

Thanks!
I did go through that tutorial and thought that ODBC was an accepted connection method. Looks like this won't work for us as we use Sybase for our product back-end.
Do you have any intentions on incorporating Sybase as a supported database?

I have spoken with our developers they say that sql server scripts we use to create sql server repository should work.
They are located in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\DBSL\Repository Scripts\Repository\MS Sql Server" folder
This should help.

Also, repository is a very small database. You can use SQL Server express for it and which is free.
We can try convert convert repository scripts to Sybase.
Will you be able to assist us we testing it?

Yes! We can help with the testing, our time frame for beginning a complex migration is in about 3 weeks. We are gathering requirements now.
I'm just trying to come up to speed on the tool, I have a migration specialist who will be doing that on a full time basis for accounts that migrate over to our software.
We will be migrating a proprietary database that will be exported to flat files, transformed into our requirements and imported into sybase.
We just recently migrated from SqlAnywhere 12 to SqlAnywhere 16.
Do you have any documents that would show how to implement the repository in sql server and how we could make a connection to sybase as the database we export to?
