Automatic License Renewal - Timing

Hi,
We have AETL Enterprise and AETL Professional licensed.
The automatic renewal/payment on the buying platform share-it will process the last valid license date.
How to pre-order (in case I am out-of-office this day or I will have ordering problems)? Is there only the manual way?

the software will continue working
