duplicate values in the index primary key or relationship

I don't know why but my ETL shows this message when I execute a extract proccess. How can I fix it?

Don't you think it is obvious that there is a problem with the data an you have to sort it out?

Sorry Mike, but I forgot to say that this message is generated by ETL. It didn't insert some information in their database log.
This message isn't from the business process.

The problem is that you are asking us to "GUESS" what is the problem.
