Agent doesn't execute job

I just update to latest version 5.8.0.34 and the agent never execute the job. The job record just sets there in green and nothing happens . see attached. Other jobs will appear as well and I end up with a list of jobs to be executed but they never do

I deleted the agent and created it again and it started to work
