can't start execution agent

Advanced ETL Processor
2.What is the Software Version?
The latest 5.8.0.30
3.What is the OS Version?
Windows server 2012
4.What is the Repository Type?
SQL server
5.What is the The problem?
Can't start the execution agent. Error message says "Failed to start"
6.What is the Database Version Number?
7.Exact Steps to reproduce the problem:
click the "start execution agent" button on the Maintain tab.

and we have enterprise license.

1) In the folder where agent is located you will find aetlagent.log file
can you post iy here please

2) Are you using system windows account to run the agent?
We recommed creating special windows login for it

3) Repository connection are you using windows autentification or sql server autentification?

The folder where "aetlagent" application sits doesn't have a aetlagent.log file

Is there anything in the wndows event log?

windows event logs shows:

Service failed on start: Login failed for user 'TORO\LYNMS433$'

the user in this error message is not the admin login I am using though...

Can you post some screeshots we we can see where you set this login.
