ETL Agent Error - Thread creation error

Hi,

Our ETL agent not executing all our scheduled packages. We checked the agent log and we found out from 2am until this time there is this "Thread creation error". We are forcing to restart the etl agent from the windows service and it takes a while as well. Please advise.

Did you have a chance to do that?

not yet. since we are in the middle of fixing production issue.
And another thing, our ETL dev environment is ETL ver 5.8.0.19 while our PROD is 5.8.0.6.
Is the zip file needs version 5.8.0.6?

Zip file is a slightly modified veriion 5.8.0.6.
Log file will tell us which line of code is failing.

ok. I just put this exe to our prod. if it fail again, I will send you the log.
By the way, please advise us to wait for this fix and wait for the next release version of ETL, or upgrade our version to the latest - 5.8.0.20.

Please wait for fix.
Latest version is much faster comparing to the one you have now.

Re testing, please use exe provided to execute packages EG: execute them manually.
Can I also ask you to stop the agent temporary
