can't start service agent job

Hi,

we are currently on the free trial for this software and run into an issue of not able to start the execution agent job. The error message is "Fail to start - Advanced ETL Processor - Execution Agent". I tried starting it via both the "Execution Agent Management" and windows service console. They all gave the same error. Re-registering the service didn't help either. The windows server we use is windows server 2008.

Please advise.

Does the built-in "Schedule" function work with the trial version? I thought the trial comes with the full functionality of the production. We are in the POC phase of the evaluating this software. It's very important for us to test the scheduling piece of the software before buying.

You can use schedule without agent.

Click file>options>Execution and untick use agent for execution
