Name: BEX
Version 3.7.9.6
Windows 7 64 bits
ADVANCED ETL PROCESSOR
I had this problem in other computer and i solved only formatting , but now this computer is new and i can't do that.
Thank You!

Can you try the following please:
Right click on my computer
Go to properties
Click on Advanced System Settings
Under performance, click settings
Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services Except those I select.
Click Add, browse to the executable file for the program and add it.

It is hard to tell what is wrong with it.
If I was you I would start from isntalling windows service packs and patches.
Sometimes installing latest version of Internet Explorer and rebooting the computer can do some magical things
