Bug on Validator when putting incorrect value in "Is Number More Than"

Inside my Validator I added "Is Number More than" and compare value is "24.99"
Go an error (see attached) and ETL won't let me open the validator editor for me to fix it.
So I am stuck on the loop, that every time I double click the Validator, this pop-up error complaining about "24.00 is not a valid value" then click ok to close the error window so there is no way you can't get inside to fix it.
