Error on Transformation - Writer

I have a transformation that reads csv file and insert to the database (MS SQLserver)
Everything works fine for the last couple weeks. Downloaded your latest version, rerun my transformation (not in package level) and got this error "Nothing is map .." (see screen shot).
I deleted the writer, and then, add new writer -> defined which table to connect, click 'test connection' - ok .. no issue by itself.
connect back the transformer to the writer and click 'run' button and got the same error every time .."Nothing is Mapped"
I have 5 set of transformation that works before but not any more. I didn't change anything because this code is ready for testing.

Please advise.

What is the version number?

Version 5.7.9.29

What makes you think that you have to delete anything?

Open transformer before writer check mapping and click ok
