Can the Advanced ETL Processor ENT can able to import email attachment and process it?

Can the Advanced ETL Processor ENT able to import email attachment and process it? Or do I need to acquire the VisualImporter product as well?
Some of our requirements can be resolved by the Advanced ETL product and some by VisualImporter.
Can this two product work together in an orchestrated package? Please advise.

They are simular, Advanced etl processor ent is a better option for complex transformations
