Cannot close Advanced ETL Processor - Access violation error

Environment is Advanced ETL Processor Pro (Ver: 5.7.9.3) running on a Windows Server 2012R2 Standard Edition that is accessed via remote desk for development of ETL applications.
SQL running on the server is SQL 2012
ETL Repository database uses SQL 2012
Question relates to multiple users accessing the ETL Processor for maintenance/development of existing processes and packages. Does it handle multiple uses who may access the same project without causing failures of the software, does it provide warnings if multiple uses try to access the same Project?
Today I have struck an issue while updating a Transformer process in a Project.
I suspect at the time this error occurs would be when additional developers in another time zone start their work day.
The following error message appeared and since that time I cannot close the ETL Processor down - if I try the same message appears as soon as I click on exit.
Access violation at address 01A74D0F in module 'AdvancedETLPro.exe'.
Read of address 000004F4.
Screen shot of message attached
Is there a suggested exit strategy from this situation or should I just end the task?

1) Just end the task.
Access violations are hard to deal with.
If it is consistent and you know how to reproduce it, we should be able to resolve the issue faster.
But we need exact steps to reproduce it EG:
Click this click that here is the error.
2) Application should work with multiple users without any problems.
