Agenet services isn't auto restarting

I think I brought this up before but not sure. I have the agent setup on auto restart, see attached but for some reason it doesn't. If restart my computer, I would have to start the agent service or it wont start like it suppose to. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to do something?

Check Execution.log file in the same directory
