ETL Enterprise 5.7.6.17 Access Violation Error when reading .txt file

Help:

I am getting Access violation errors when reading .txt files in a transformation, this seems to be happening when the txt is first retrieved from an email as an attachment.

this has been happening ever since we upgraded from ETL Pro. (ETL pro had no issues doing the same package.)

we get the Access violation error on loading the tranformation, yet the reader panel shows the file correctly.
Error: Access Violation at address 01136004 in module 'AdvancedETLEnt.exe' Reas of address 00000000

once loaded and when executed we get the same error again. and the transformation stops at reading the file.

Can you also attach actual transformation, table creation script and source file and we will check it for you.
