Apple Email Format Unrecognizable

Hi,

There is an ETL process reading a POP3 email from an Apple Ipad format. The Apple email is not recognizable by the ETL tool and fails. If the email is manually forwarded to another email, the ETL process is successful at reading and processing the forwarded email.

Attached are 2 files with email details - one which fails (the Apple format) and the second which is successful (the forwarded email).

Running version 5.7.6.8

Main Workflow package consists of 4 packages: Write Success Record to Log (write a record to log indicating 'start of process', Email File Processing, Process DBase File, and Write Success Record to Log (write a record to log indicating 'end of process'). The email being received is coming from an Apple Ipad and is Apple formatted. The ETL process is unable to recognize the format and abends.

Here are 3 attachments with screenshots of the execution logs:

1) 11-18-2013 2-52-05 PM_PopEmailFail.jpg - execution log details of when package 'Email File Processing' is run (which is agent scheduled) to retrieve email and unzip attachments. Log shows failure on get of email.

2) 11-18-2013 2-54-00 PM_PopEmailSuccess1of2.jpg - since ETL process above failed, the Apple formatted email was forwarded to another email box via SmartMail. The 'Email File Processing' package was restarted reading off the second email box. Here is the first part of the execution log.

3) 11-18-2013 2-57-57 PM_PopEmailSuccess2of2.jpg - continued execution log from #2 above. This shows execution of the forwarded email was successful.
