Access Violation when running transformation

Access Violation when running transformation was created by brillsupport
When the attached transformation is run standalone, it works successfully. When the transformation is run as part of a package, an access violation error is received.

Please let me know if you need further information (files/details).

The version being run is 5.7.6.0.

Downloaded the latest version and running 5.7.6.8. Still continuing to get Access Violation error message on execution of a transformation. Is there a way to fix this?
