Agent not running

I installed ETL on a 2012 MS Windows standard edition in process of moving the program. Everything seems to be working fine except the agent. It says it is registered and running but when check the agent status, the heart beat date/time doesn't change. No jobs are running either. I'm using 5.7.6.1

When agent starts if there any problems it writes error messages to the "Execution.log" file

Possible problems

Not able to read settings from the registry,
Not able to connect to the repository database
Not able to write to the log directory
Running agent as a user with limited privileges (as system user for example)

I will look into that but I didn't get any error because I'm using the Administrator account.

Quite often Administrator account has no rights as well

I couldn't find the execution.log. I did a search and couldn't find it, Probably need help with this. I checked the repository and everything else and the Administrator does have full access

And again that can be because the user your run the agent under has no access rights to the folder
