Agent Randomely stops working

It only happened a couple of times. The agent will just stop working and I'm not sure what is causing that. I didn't have a power familiar so that couldn't be the cause. Any idea?

It might happen in certain situations.
For example when agebt try to show the message to the user.
Since it is a windows service the user is not able to see the message.
And agent stacks.
We did our best to eluminate this kind of situation but it is still possible.
Some versions of Windows have special service which allows to see this messages.
This might help to find the cause of the problem.

It hardly happens but I will keep an eye on it and see what is going on. Usually super early morning between 3 and 7 am
