Dear Support,
I’d like to obtain an evaluation key for your Advanced ETL Evaluation to take a look, please update me on this, along with the length of trial period.
Thanks,

Hello
Many thanks for the interest in our software.
Default evaluation period is one month.
It starts when you first time run the application.
No key is required.
Just download and install it.
In some cases evaluation period can be extended up to 3 moths, for example when you did have a chance to evaluation it yet.
Let us us know if we can help you some how or you are having any difficulties
We are constantly working on improving our software and happy in incorporate your suggestions
Best Regards
Mike,
DB Software Laboratory

Mike,
We have tried using your evaluation version to load a simple data set, however, after passing transform stage, there isn’t a single set of data being able to load into database’s table. Please let me know what could be potential problem.
In additional to that, does the empty table has to be created before the actual data loading begins? Any restriction for data type definition?
Do you have direct phone contact but email?
Thanks,
Connie

> This might happen when your target database is ms sql server and batch size is set to 0, in this case entire load is treated as one transaction and if there we any foreign key ok pk violations the entire load will be rolled back so you will not have any records.
Try setting batch size to 1 and check the log afterword

>Yes table has to be created first, I am not aware of any field type restrictions.
Do you have direct phone contact but email?
>At the moment we provide support via email/webforum only
