SQL Data Check Action in AETL

I am trying to use the SQL Data Check Action (never used it before). I’ve looked at the documentation and I think that I am following the process correctly, but I get the following:

 

What do I need to change?

Name is showing 'Projects' it should be the SQL script name you want to use
